The 7-digit & 8-digit serial number is printed on the sticker attached to the bottom/back of your Mantra device. It is usually labeled as SR NO as highlighted in the image.

If the sticker is faded or missing completely:
Plug the device into your Windows PC, open the Mantra Management Client tool from your start menu, and click on Initialize. The software will detect your hardware and display your precise serial number directly on the screen.

No, lifetime validity is no longer provided due to strict UIDAI compliance and periodic certificate renewals. Currently, you can securely renew your device for periods of 1 Year or 2 Years. Once the selected validity period expires, you will need to recharge it again to continue services.

Registrations are typically updated on the official servers within a few minutes to a few hours. Please unplug your biometric device, wait a few moments, and reconnect it to allow the network to fetch the newly updated registration status. If your server status does not update after 2 hours, please message our billing desk with your order number so we can verify the transmission details.
