This policy outlines how you can cancel your request or seek a refund for digital processing services purchased through our platform. By purchasing from RD Service Online, you agree to the following terms regarding our digital registration services:

1. Order Cancellations

Cancellations are considered only if the request is submitted within 7 days of placing your order. However, cancellation requests will not be entertained if the RD Service validity has already been successfully processed and mapped to your device on the official servers.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Because we provide digital registration facilitation, RD Service Online does not accept cancellation or refund requests once the registration has been successfully processed. Furthermore, refunds will not be issued if the processing fails due to the customer providing an incorrect device serial number or incompatible device details during the checkout process.

3. Processing Exceptions & Delays

If your registration fails to process due to server communication delays or processing discrepancies on our end, please report this to our support team immediately. We must be notified within 7 days of your purchase. Our team will review the transaction status. If we are unable to successfully submit your registration, an appropriate decision, including a full refund, will be authorized.

4. Refund Processing Timelines

In the event that a refund is approved by RD Service Online, please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
